26th Sept 2010
That's all the fundraising events over  for the time being. I'm absolutely overwhelmed by how kind and helpful everyone has been. If you attended any of these events I really can't thank you enough, they wouldn't have been possible without my bands, Peter Bruce and Sam Lowit thank you so much for hard work in sorting out that in Aberdeen. Thank you again to everyone who provided food and those who drummed up support. If you were there you would have seen the fantastic raffle prizes that were donated from friends and so many local businesses.
I am already so attached to this charity, I have been reading all these heart wrenching stories by past volunteers and I am certain that when I experience it 1st hand I will instantly be bound to this charity for life, this will certainly not be the end of my fund raising! Please keep an eye out on here for more ways you can get involved, or even better let me know if you would like to hold your own event and I will give you all the help and information that I can.

On Sunday 15th August me and my  Mum had a car boot sale in Aberdeen with my old Cuddly Toys, that's hundreds of Ty beanie babies! Raised about £80 which is alright, still plenty more to sell at another date. If you know of any school/ community fares with stalls to rent or indeed any beanie baby collectors please let me know.
